Create a Support Request

To support teams more efficiently, a Cloud Platform Help Slack application is available. The application is a simple request form where you provide relevant details such as a name and description for the request, the workload, related platform domain, and the level of urgency.

To open a Cloud Platform Support request:

1. Access the Cloud Platform Help application in your #cloud-platform-<WORKLOAD> Slack channel by typing /cloud-platform-help in the Message field

   

2. Update the required fields, then click Submit.
