AWS Account Access

To request AWS Account access:

1. View the Workload List and Human Roles pages to identify:
   • The account(s) associated with the workload
   • The role that is most appropriate for your use case
2. In Service Now, go to the IT Service Catalog > Access & Software > Access > Request Cloud Platform AWS Access page.
3. Locate the AWS Account associated with your workload and select the appropriate role.
4. Verify the correct choices are selected in the Selected Accounts and Roles area, then click the Order Now button.

After you submit the request, it will be routed to the workload's owner.

To log in to the AWS Console:

• Open the Okta Portal and click the AWS Account Federation application.
