Sentry Access

All users are granted the default member role. If you need additional permissions, refer to ADR 49 and reach out to Sentry admins in the #ext-sentry-abc Slack channel.

To request Sentry access:

  1. In ServiceNow, navigate to the IT Service Catalog>Access & Software>Access>Access Request page.

  2. In the Access Selector list, click Enterprise Technical Tools, click Sentry, and then select Default.

  3. Click Submit.

The request will be routed to your manager for approval. Once you are granted access, you can log in to Sentry using your SSO credentials.
